Hotel policies

It is the responsibility of the Guest to read the internal regulations of the Hotel

1. The guest has the unavoidable obligation to register personally by completing the registration form, established in this negotiation.


2. The guest, in agreement with the company, specifies on the card the number of days that he is staying, that is, the duration of the stay. A unit of time in the housing contract is considered to be the term of one day whose expiration is set at twelve hours each day. When the accommodation term is not set in the registration form, it will be understood that the accommodation contracted for one day and stays for longer extensions will be considered voluntary and new tactics of twenty-four hours each time.


3. It is the guest's obligation to settle the account promptly in negotiations, as required by the company. The rate is fixed at the respective rates duly approved by the Ministry of Tourism and that govern the establishment. Payment may be required in advance depending on the opinion of the company.


4. The Check-In time is from 14:00 HRS. Check-Out time is at 12:00 HRS.


5. In the event that the guest wishes to enter before the established Check-In time (2:00 p.m. HRS), an extra charge will be made for Early Check-In.


6. In the event that the guest wishes to leave after the established time for Check-Out (12:00 HRS), an extra charge will be made for Late Check-Out. In the event that the guest has not made their Late Check-Out before 5:00 p.m. HRS, they will be charged for one night according to the room in which they have stayed.


7. If the guest requires that the room be cleaned, they must do any of the following:


to. In case of leaving the hotel, the key must be left at the Reception and notify that the cleaning service is required, otherwise it will be understood that the guest does not want them to enter their room and cleaning will not be done.


b. In case of staying in the hotel, you must place the corresponding cleaning sign outside your room (the sign is located on the handle of each room when entering it).


c. Notify the chambermaids or reception staff.


8. In the event that the guest loses his room key, an extra charge will be made.


9. The guest has the obligation to leave keys, doors and windows closed, turn off lights, climate and television, every time they want to leave the hotel. In the same way, you must return the keys, towels and controls at the reception, to avoid the delay of Check-Out. In case of not returning during Check-Out any of the objects delivered at Check-In, an extra charge will be made.


10. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, hotel corridors, terrace, central room or any other part within the hotel facilities (Article 28 of the General Law for Tobacco Control). In case of doing so, the guest will be creditor of a fine determined according to the current regulations.


11. In the event that any type of stains, burns, and/or any other type of irreparable damage is detected during the guest's stay or after Check-Out, in the sheets, towels, pillows, bedspreads, and/or any other item of the room, an extra charge will be made.


12. Guests may not accommodate people other than those registered during the Check-In process in their rooms; all visits to guest-occupied rooms are strictly prohibited, except with the authorization of management. The hotel reserves the right to request the evacuation of any outsider who is on the premises without authorization.


13. It is strictly forbidden for guests:


to. Making noises, causing disturbances, introducing musicians to introduce intoxicating liquors, etc., and in general, any act to annoy or annoy other diners.


b. Using the facilities for acts prohibited by law or meetings intended to disturb public order or disobey laws or regulations, or any type of negotiation within the hotel.


c. Using electricity and other mechanical services installed in your room for purposes other than lighting or proper use.


d. Damage decorative furniture or commercial real estate, or misuse your service.


and. Carry out any act that causes harm or harm to the negotiation or to the other guests, or that is contrary to decency or social conduct.


14. Guests caught manufacturing, using or selling drugs in this negotiation will be turned over to the authorities. Also foreign people smuggled into the country.


15. It is not allowed to enter the hotel firearms, explosive materials, flammables, narcotics or similar substances.


16. The company will allow federal and state authorities to enter the rooms and guests will have the obligation to cooperate with it as required.


17. The company undertakes not to allow access to the rooms occupied by guests, to any person who has not been expressly authorized by the client, and in any case, reserves the right not to allow visits to the rooms.


18. The company is not responsible for values, money, jewelry and other valuables left in the rooms.


19. The objects or valuables forgotten by a guest will remain in the custody of the hotel administration for a period of 30 days, after this and if there is no claim, they must be deposited with the competent authority.


20. Individuals acting as representatives of the company will have free access to the rooms occupied by guests instead of complying with this regulation.


21. The hosting contract may be terminated for any of the following reasons:


to. By the expiration of the agreed term.


b. For violation of the agreements and regulations that regulate it.


c. For the guest committing moral offenses or making scandals that disturb the other guests.


d. Due to the absence of the guest for more than twenty-four (24) hours without leaving notice or warning with the reception staff.


and. For lack of payment in the agreed form.
